Though not my favorite unit to actually use, in terms of potential, cool abilities, and cool backstory, it's the Reaper hands down for me.

Colossus, because they're awesome, unstoppable, and they have an awesome back story of invading Earth before the year 1900 when HG Wells wrote War of the Worlds.

I love me the immortal. Sexy shields and stupid high damage vs armoured. The giant Rock I can throw whenever anybody plays scissors.
