No definitely not. Hes just an employee who does alot of different things.. he doesnt even have a top position.. if you run the SC credits, he does testing, voice acting (what he was hired for originally), and a bunch of other stuff i dont remember..
edit: the president of blizzard is Mike Morhaime, the chairman is Allen Adham, and the Warcraft III lead guy is Rob Pardo.
