Blizzard has said the pit fiend shoots small spiders and if they have not changed it recently the pit fiend still shoots small spiders.

Man, I'm hoping the Pit Fiend is FAST AS HELL. I can see it now. Its 6 legs scuttling along at nigh-blurry speeds. Easily out-runs EVERYTHING in the game. HAHAHAHAHA! That would be so cool. I at least hope it's not a slow unit. Look at spiders some time. THEY CAN MOVE if they want to. Well, some kinds at least... I've got this one that lives in my room, it can cover a good 10 feet in about 6 seconds flat. Actually, I haven't seen him in a while..... Shit. I'll bet my cat ate him.

Uhhhhhhhhhhhh, point. Where did I put that point? Oh yeah...

What do you suppose the Pit Fiend's role will be? I'd always heard, "will be like the Reaver." As in siege unit. But now...

I have mixed emotions about the lovely pit fiend. While I would like it to be a fast moving knight unit, I have a hunch it will be more of a archer unit. (After all, aside from the skeletal archer what other archer unit does the undead have?) The exception is if the Cold Wraith is still in the game, and it's spells are converted to a long-range attack to fill that role. In which case 'da pit' could still be a fast kinght like unit. Then again, who's to say that the undead even have a long range unit...

The Pit Fiend is not just an arachnid. It's half-something else. It has two arms, which are not legs. As illustrated here: http://war3.gamestats.com/war3/scre.../units/50.shtml Hence, the reason for my saying 6 legs. Glad you understand now.

Does the word playbalance make any meaning to u??????????
Anywyas, sc had same number of units on all races except when they added the expansion. Note count in the infested terran and broodling.

the one about sc having the same amount of unit types if u dont count in the expansion. Of course, u have to include broodling and infested terrans in the count.

the cold wraith should work somefink like the darktemplar for the undead and be equipped with a similar scythe instead of spells. This would pull it out from being dropped.

I know that the job for the assasin, but i was thinking the assasin is someifnk like a ghost unit since she has ranged attacks.

the UD main unit{ghoul} is weaker then the others{FOOTMAN,GRUNT,SENTINAL) that is porably way they got more units then the others.
and the main point in UD is there MASS FORCES so that is another reason why there should be more units for them.{it makes not diffrent they still suck ).
